  Our first interaction with Russell Gofus was a phone interview. He was professional, caring and provided all the information we needed to make a determination to use their services. Houck and Gofus worked with the entire family, making sure we were listened too, we were educated and as one 'family' to another, we knew our loved one would be wonderfully cared for. And, she was. Not only was she cared for, we the family felt cared for as well. Houck & Gofus truly is service oriented, and recommend them highly.
